About our shop

We’re a small business based in East London, UK. We sell our own range of hand-dyed yarn plus vintage sewing supplies and a small number of hand made goods we have created ourselves. No factories, no sweatshops, just us!

Being small means that we’re able to maintain a personal service. We quality check, pack and send all our orders ourselves. More about It’s a Stitch Up.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, no matter how much you order, based on your delivery region:

UK £3.50  1-3 working days
Europe £5.75 3-5 working days
USA & Rest of World £7.50 5-7 working days

UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class, or Royal Mail Special Delivery (signature required) for larger orders. Overseas orders are dispatched via Standard Air Mail.

We normally dispatch orders the following working day. as soon as possible. We can provide postage-paid returns labels for UK customers, so please contact us before posting or we may not be able to reimburse your postage costs.

If you have simply changed your mind, we are happy to offer you a refund for the cost of the returned goods provided that you cover the cost of return postage. Again, please contact us for advice before posting. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

Please expect some wear when buying vintage goods. We take care to photograph these accurately and provide detailed descriptions so you understand their condition.

We regret that we can’t offer wholesale pricing on hand made goods or produce them in large quantities.
