I hope you got a lot of wear out of it before disaster struck. I have felted several things over the last few years and it is an awful feeling when you realise what has happened :(
So terrible! That is so sad. Maybe you can salvage it as a child’s coat?
It’s too small even for a baby! I’m hoping there might be enough felt for mittens.
NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I send my greatest sympathies at this difficult time.

I wore it a lot, thankfully.
Thank you all for your support during this tragedy.
Two things need to be done:
1) Make some felt mittens
2) Knit another one from superwash.
