1 Information we collect

When you shop on our website, as part of the ordering process we securely collect and store the personal data necessary for us to process your order. This includes your name, contact details and address. We do not collect or store any payment card details – this is entirely managed by our payment service, PayPal.

If you subscribe to one of our email lists, our email provider (MailChimp) securely collects and stores your name and email address.

By giving us your details, you implicitly consent to us storing and using them in accordance with this policy.

2 How we use your information

The information you give us when you place an order is only used to process that order, or to contact you regarding that order. A record or your order is kept for internal reporting, and as a evidence of sales for tax purposes. We use a third-party shipping service (Royal Mail), to which order and delivery details are securely uploaded in order to generate shipping labels.

If you sign up for an email list, your email address will not be used for any other purpose.

3 Security

Our website uses strong cryptography SSL to collect and transmit data securely. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Following industry best-practice, our server and website software are routinely updated to maintain security, and our server is housed in a secure data centre.

4 Disclosure

Other than the services and circumstances detailed above, we will not pass your personal details or email address on to any third parties unless we are required to do so by law, or you have broken our Terms of Use.
