A special edition yarn range, these super-soft mini skeins are spun from extra fine Merino wool. The yarn has a plump and lofty feel and is wonderful for both knitting and crochet.

DK or 'double knit' is a versatile, medium weight suitable for most types of projects. We've created a range of bold shades for these minis, perfect for accessories or for adding colourful accents to garments.

Extra fine merino is the most sought-after grade of this very special wool (18.6-19.5 microns in thickness). Its fineness makes it a little more delicate and drapey than 'fine' merino. You may notice that finished items 'grow' a little with blocking and it's important that garments are always dried flat. Our merino is farmed in Argentina and is guaranteed mulesing-free. Farmers are supported by the mill to raise their sheep under ethical farming practices. It is spun in Peru, where the fleece is first graded by highly-skilled workers to ensure consistent quality.

Caring for neons

Neon dyes are not as colour-fast as regular dyes. To keep them looking their brightest and best we recommend hand washing in cold water (even if the yarn itself is machine washable). Dry away from direct sunlight.
