These Alpaca pompoms are the ultimate luxurious finishing touch for accessory projects.
The fur is sourced from the pelts of young animals that have died from natural causes. The Alpaca pelts are purchased from indigenous farmers in Peru, allowing them to be compensated for the loss of one of the herd. We believe this is a more sustainable and ethical option than faux fur, which is made from plastic fibres.
These poms are incredibly soft and lightweight, and won’t weight down your garments.
We have hand dyed the pompom with a pale neon orange and pink two-tone effect.
Fully fluffed, the pompom is around 10cm in diameter. It has a length of string attached for ease of fastening.
We recommend it be removed from the garment prior to washing, though it can be hand washed in cold water.
