This beginner-friendly kit is a fantastic introduction to dyeing your own yarn. Now available with ten mini skeins so you can really get creative and try a wide range of colour effects. There are materials and instructions for four different dye techniques – speckle dyeing, dip dyeing, painting and immersion dyeing. No dyeing experience is needed. Most of the equipment is reusable.

- 3.5g Procion MX reactive dye pigment (0.5g each of Magenta, Orange-Red, Yellow, Lime, Royal Blue, Plum, Black)
- 20g citric acid crystals
- 2 x 200ml dropper bottles
- 1 mini sieve
- Stainless steel dye spoon
- Wooden stirrers
- 1 pair disposable gloves
You will need…
- Microwave oven or stainless steel vegetable steamer
- Large Pyrex glass or stainless steel bowls
- Plastic tray, approx. A3 sized
The kit contains fine powders that are not suitable for handling by children.
