A joyful pack of bright solid and semi-solid shades on a sparkling merino blend yarn, created in collaboration with designer Brixton Purl.
About this yarn
- 75% superwash Merino from Argentina (non-mulesed) 20% Nylon**, 5% Stellina**
- Spun in Peru
- 40m per 10g skein, 100g/400m total
- 4 ply / fingering / sock weight
- 2.25 – 3.25mm needles recommended
- Regular garments: 28 stitches over 10cm using 3.25mm needle. Socks: 32 stitches over 10cm (4 inches) using 2.5mm needle
- Neon colours: cool hand wash
This set was hand dyed for the Pomp and Poms shawl by Therése Hedlund aka Brixton Purl, but work equally for snazzy socks, vibrant colourwork and accessories.
