Gift wrap
We are happy to wrap gift orders free of charge. We use recycled silver paper tied with colourful cellulose ribbon or festive cotton bakers' twine. We will include a gift receipt showing the name of the sender instead of a packing slip.
Gift cards
Give your gift a personal touch by adding a Gift Cards with a handwritten message. Our cards feature our own original paining and are printed on recycled paper, with a kraft envelope.
Ordering information
We post most orders within one working day, large orders and yarn dyeing kits may us take an extra day to prepare. Dispatch times are in addition to shipping estimates.
Delivery times do vary during busy periods and the time estimates provided are not guaranteed. Tracked shipping is available as an upgrade at checkout – please use this option if your order is urgent. It sounds obvious, but we cannot track your order unless you choose a tracked service.
Your order may be eligible for import duty and other local taxes. Unfortunately, import charges are applied by the destination country and are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs service for information.
