Shinjuku

One of our most popular shades, this bold, mottled number has splashes of black, purple and turquoise with neon highlights. It takes inspiration from the iconic neon signage of the Kabukichō district of Shinjuku, Tokyo.

This shade has a complex, five-stage dyeing process that produces fabric with a dappled colour effect and little or no pooling. No two skeins are alike, so, to achieve a smooth transition between skeins we recommend alternating skeins each row for 5-10cm through the transition. More about working with hand dyed yarn...
