Shipping services and pricing
Good news! We’re now ship to the USA using a Delivery Duty Paid (‘DDP’) service. This means duty/import tariffs are collected upfront and there should be no additional fees when your parcel reaches US Customs. All prices are shown inclusive of duty for US orders so you can see upfront exactly what your items will cost.
Parcels
Parcels are shipped using Royal Mail Express (Tracked) airmail. This service is fully tracked, with a delivery estimate of 4-7 working days after dispatch.

** Express services are not always available for parcels over 2kg, however the service is fully tracked and normally arrives within 14 days

We offer special rates for items that fit into a letterbox-sided package:

Please note that our shipping rates are based on packed weight. This includes the weight of packaging and mailing materials, and is greater than the product weight.
