Shipping services and pricing
USA’s renegotiation of charges with the International Postal Union in 2020 unfortunately led to significant increases in the cost of shipping to USA. Additionally, we have seen services become less reliable and slower and as a result, we now only use tracked services.
Parcels
Parcels are shipped using Royal Mail Express (Tracked) airmail. This service is fully tracked, with a delivery estimate of 4-7 working days after dispatch.

** Express services are not available for parcels over 2kg, however the service is fully tracked and normally arrives within 14 days
Small items
We offer special rates for items that fit into a letterbox-sided package with a choice of services:

Please note that our shipping rates are based on packed weight. This includes the weight of packaging and mailing materials, and is greater than the product weight.
