Dispatch times
In most cases we dispatch orders the same day or the next working day. Smaller orders (up to 3 skeins) are posted daily, larger parcels are collected 2-3 times a week based on demand.
Yarn Dyeing Kits are packed to order and can take an extra day to prepare.
Custom dyed yarn may take an additional 1-2 weeks but we’ll advise you of the current wait times at the time of ordering.
