Orders shipping to the EU
We are pleased to continue to ship yarn and fibre products to customers within the EU with GPSR compliance. More about GPSR
At present, we are not registered for IOSS. Sales tax at local rate and a handling fee will normally be payable directly to your local customs service. EU customers may prefer to use our Etsy Shop, which is IOSS enabled.
Orders shipping to Norway
We are VOEC registered! All product prices are displayed inclusive of VAT and your order should not be subject to any further charges at customs. VAT is applied to the delivery charges shown below and you will see the VAT-inclusive price in the basket.
Countries in Europe are divided into two zones.
Zone A

For parcels to Europe we use Express Airmail which is a fully tracked service with a delivery estimate of 4-10 working days.

** Express shipping is not available for parcels over 2kg, however the service is still fully tracked and normally arrives within 14 days
Please note that our shipping rates are based on packed weight. This includes the weight of packaging and mailing materials, and is greater than the product weight.
