Pricing zones
Outside of Europe and the USA, shipping pricing is divided into two zones:
Zone 1
This covers Canada and the rest of the Americas (except USA), Africa, the Middle East and most of South and East Asia. Full list:

Shipping services and pricing
Parcels are shipped using Royal Mail Express Airmail). This service is fully tracked and orders normally arrive 4-20 working days after dispatch.
Prices are based on weight, with a special rate for small items that fit into a letterbox-sized package.

** Express shipping is not available for parcels over 2kg, however the service is still fully tracked and normally arrives within 14 days
Please note that our shipping rates are based on packed weight. This includes the weight of packaging and mailing materials, and is greater than the product weight.
