Shipping services and pricing
The options here cover Canada and the rest of the Americas (except USA), Africa, the Middle East and most of South and East Asia (except Singapore). This corresponds to Royal Mail’s World Zone 1 (a full definition can be found here).
Some countries in this zone are not available within our online shop. If you do not see shipping options for your country in the basket, please contact us to place an order.
Parcels
Parcels are shipped using Royal Mail Express Airmail (or ParcelForce Express over 4kg). This service is fully tracked and orders normally arrive 4-20 working days after dispatch.
Prices are based on weight, with a special rate for items the fit into a letterbox-sized package. For individual booklets we also offer an economy (untracked) option.

We only use tracked services for international orders. Due to the number of losses and delays experienced with standard airmail, unfortunately we are no longer able to offer a budget shipping option.
Please note that our shipping rates are based on packed weight. This includes the weight of packaging and mailing materials, and is greater than the product weight.
